For anything related to returns, please email firebyrdapparel@gmail.com with your order number as the subject.

Online purchases may be returned up to 30 days after the order date for a full refund. Details will be worked out through email, and any refunds will be sent after the item is back in our hands.

All custom made products (permanent jewelry, charm bar, design it for me) are NOT eligible for a refund. These items are custom made for you and only you, so we are unable to accept those back. We offer repairs for any pieces that may break in your possession.

If your item has arrived damaged, or you received the wrong order, please reach out immediately so we can solve the situation ASAP.

By booking an appointment at the FIREBYRD Studio, you are agreeing to the following policy:

CANCELLATION: If you need to cancel, please do so up to 24 hours before your appointment time. ALL cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will be charged a $25 cancellation fee, no exceptions.

RESCHEDULING: If you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so before 24 hours of your appointment time. You can do so by signing in and visiting the bookings page.

NO SHOW: All no shows will be charged a $50 no show fee, no exceptions.

PAYMENT: In order to book an appointment, you will be required to keep a card on file. This is only in the case of cancellation or no show fees, and will not be saved for your services. All payments will be made in person upon services.
